Education: Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, specialising in Global Economics; University of London, specialising in Finance and Financial Law.
In 2005 held the position of Senior Auditor of the oil and gas sector in Ernst & Young.
In 2007−2012 held management positions in analytics departments of corporate and investment blocks of AlfaBank and Unicredit, regularly was listed as one of the best analysts.
In 2012−2015 as Vice-president headed the analysis area of the oil and gas sector of Russia and Eastern Europe of the investment bank Morgan Stanley.
In 2014−2015 was among the top three analysts of the oil and gas sector of Russia and EMEA markets according to Extel and Institutional Investor.
From September 2015 to March 2018 headed FES Analytical Centre of the Russian Energy Agency of the RF Ministry of Energy, which provides analysis, prepare materials and information support of the key areas of the Ministry's activities.
In March 2018 was appointed Deputy Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation.
